Xfinity: Hemric's crew chief suspended four races

Richard Childress Racing's No. 21 Xfinity team has been penalized due to Dover violations. The penalty includes the suspension of crew chief Danny Stockman Jr., car chief Clint Almquist and engineer Luke Mason.
