    Titans waived OT Troy Kropog.
They needed to get down to 53 with Chris Johnson formally coming off the reserve/suspended list. Kropog, a fourth-round pick in 2009, was rehabbing from arthroscopic knee surgery. He could return on the practice squad.
  • Jaguars claimed OL Troy Kropog off waivers from the Titans.
The Titans cut Kropog on Tuesday in order to free up a roster spot for Kenny Britt. The former fourth round selection did not see the field in Week 1. G Josh Beekman was released in a corresponding move.
  • Titans waived OT Troy Kropog.
It’s the second straight season that Kropog has been dumped after the season opener. The Titans needed to free up a roster spot with Kenny Britt returning from suspension.
  • The Jaguars have released OL Troy Kropog and signed OL Daniel Baldridge from their practice squad.
The Jaguars claimed Kropog off waivers from the Titans earlier in the week. Baldrigde was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster last season just as he was in December of last season. The Jaguars will be without right tackle Cameron Bradfield (ankle) Sunday against Houston and left guard Eben Britton (ankle) is questionable.
  • Vikings promoted OL Troy Kropog from the practice squad.
He’s taking Percy Harvin’s (ankle, injured reserve) roster spot. Kropog has made seven career appearances, but just one since 2010. If he’s active for Week 14, his snaps will be in the single digits.
  • Vikings declared OL Troy Kropog, QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson, DE D’Aundre Reed, LB Audie Cole, CB Brandon Bruton, OL Mark Asper, and TE Allen Reisner inactive for Week 14 versus the Bears.
Kropog was just promoted from the practice squad to take Percy Harvin’s roster spot. Jarius Wright will continue to pick up snaps with Harvin out, though he’s not a recommended fantasy play.
  • Vikings re-signed exclusive rights free agent T/G Troy Kropog to a one-year, $630,000 contract.
Kropog, 27 in July, appeared in one game last season for the Titans. He was then released and signed to the Vikings practice squad before earning a promotion in early December. Kropog was a weekly inactive down the stretch.
  • Giants placed OL Troy Kropog on the reserve/PUP list.
Kropog signed a reserve/futures deal in January. The move clears a spot on the Giants’ 90-man roster. Kropog hasn’t appeared in a game since 2012.
  • Titans signed fourth-round OT Troy Kropog to a four-year contract, including a signing bonus of roughly $400,000.
Kropog started all four years at Tulane, blocking for Matt Forte among others and earning first-team All C-USA honors as a senior left tackle. He’ll be groomed as a swing tackle behind LT Michael Roos and RT David Stewart.
  • Titans OT Troy Kropog underwent arthroscopic knee surgery Tuesday.
The scope should only sideline Kropog for a few weeks, but he’s in a crunch after failing to earn a single snap of playing time through two seasons. Kropog is battling Pat McQuistan and Adam Terry for a roster spot. The Titans may decide to go forward with Byron Stingily as their developmental tackle.
