    Jaguars released K Stephen Hauschka.
Signed at the end of September, Hauschka’s time was clearly up after he whiffed on two field goal tries on back-to-back drives that would have given the Jaguars a 13-7 lead at the half. Jon Brown, already Jacksonville’s fifth kicker this year, was promoted to the active roster in a corresponding move.

Jagaurs K Stephen Hauschka (knee) is questionable for Week 4 agains the Bengals.
Coach Doug Maroone called Hauschka’s injury “general soreness” and believes his kicker will be a game-time decision. If he can’t kick, Aldrick Rosas will fill in. Rosas was signed to the practice squad this Monday.

    Jaguars signed K Stephen Hauschka.
Jacksonville moved Josh Lambo to injured reserve last week and promoted rookie Brandon Wright from the practice squad, but the latter was injured Thursday night against Miami. Hauschka was last released by the Bills, who decided to move forward with rookie Tyler Bass, in August.

Free agent K Stephen Hauschka worked out for the Titans.
The Titans also brought in former New England kicker Stephen Gostkowski recently. Hauschka has been below 80 percent on his field goals for the past two seasons while Gostkowski hasn’t dipped under that mark since 2010. The Bills released Hauschka after rookie Tyler Bass won the kicker camp battle in Buffalo. Whoever Tennessee signs is likely to take the starting job from the incumbent kicker, Greg Joseph.

    Bills released K Stephen Hauschka.
Rookie sixth-rounder Tyler Bass has won the Bills’ kicking competition. That was always going to happen as long as Bass did not face plant in camp. Hauschka’s release clears $1.55 million in cap space while leaving behind $1.5 million in dead money. 35-year-old Hauschka was sub-80 percent on field goals each of the past two seasons. Buffalo is a tough place to kick, but that will eventually earn you your walking papers as an NFL kicker. Hauschka will still undoubtedly be one of the first players teams host for a workout when they need a kicker.

  • FA Kicker (FG) #3
Bills signed K Stephen Hauschka to a two-year, $8 million extension through 2021.
Hauschka has drilled 51-of-61 field goals and 54-of-55 extra points during his two years with the Bills. This extension ties him up in Buffalo through his age-36 season.
  • FA Kicker (FG) #3
Seahawks extended $1.26 million right of first refusal tender to K Steven Hauschka.
The move should keep Hauschka in Seattle after he converted 25-of-30 field-goal attempts in 2011. A four-year veteran, Hauschka had previously never kicked in more than nine games before last season.
  • FA Kicker (FG) #3
Seahawks re-signed restricted free agent K Steven Hauschka to a one-year, $1.26 million contract.
The deadline to sign a qualifying offer has already passed, so Hauschka’s signing was just a formality. In his first full season as a starter, Hauschka graded out slightly above average according to Pro Football Focus’ kicker ratings.

Seahawks agreed to terms with Ryan Longwell after he won a tryout against Neil Rackers and two other kickers.
The Seahawks will hold off on a decision for Sunday’s kicker while monitoring Steven Hauschka (calf) in practice this week. Longwell was out of the league all season after hitting 22-of-28 field goals for Minnesota last season.

Seahawks placed K Steven Hauschka (calf) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Hauschka injured his calf during Sunday’s Wild Card win in Washington. It wraps a career-best season that saw him go 24-of-27 on field goals in the regular season, including a 23-of-23 mark from 49 yards out or closer. The Seahawks will roll with veteran Ryan Longwell against the Falcons this week.
