Saido Berahino had been having a pretty good season. With seven goals and his first England call-up, the West Bromwich Albion striker is producing on the field and making him a transfer window commodity yet again.
But reports today reveal that Berahino was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving back in October after driving at a high rate of speed.
He won’t be questioned until December, so resolution may not be coming any time soon. It’s unlikely the arrest will significantly-lower demand for the 21-year-old, but it is a big mistake for the youngster.
