Starting off the weekend, the first “Friday Night Football” of the season arrives with Manchester United hosting Southampton (3 p.m. ET live on USA and online via NBC Sports.com) at Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho makes his home debut as United’s manager, while Paul Pogba is expected to play some part against Saints. The visitors have won on both of their last two trips to the Theatre of Dreams. Surely they can’t make it three on the spin...
Manchester City head to Stoke City (7:30 a.m. ET live on NBCSN and online via NBC Sports.com) on Saturday with Pep Guardiola’s boys looking to make it three victories in a week following their narrow opening day win over Sunderland and then their shellacking of Steaua Bucharest in the UEFA Champions League play-off round. Can the Potters beat Man City for the second season running at home?

Then Burnley host Liverpool at Turf Moor (10 a.m. ET live on NBCSN and online via NBC Sports.com) with Jurgen Klopp aiming to make it two wins from two to open the season and at the same time Antonio Conte’s Chelsea head to Watford (10 a.m. ET live on CNBC and online via NBC Sports.com) following their dramatic late win against West Ham in his first game in charge on Monday.
A huge showdown finishes off Saturday with reigning champs Leicester welcoming injury-hit Arsenal to the King Power Stadium (12:30 p.m. ET live on CNBC and online via NBC Sports.com). Arsene Wenger could have the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Olivier Giroud and others back, but both teams will be fired up to get back to winning ways after defeats on the opening weekend of the season.
On Sunday a north east derby then takes center stage as new boys Middlesbrough head to Sunderland (8:30 a.m. ET live on NBCSN and online via NBC Sports.com) with David Moyes taking charge of his first game at the Stadium of Light. To round Week 2 off, West Ham United host Bournemouth (11 a.m. ET live on CNBC and online via NBC Sports.com) as the Hammers play their first-ever PL game at their new London Stadium home,
