The CONCACAF Champions League winner will be decided between Montreal and Mexico City.
Club America erased a 3-0 first leg deficit against Herediano with a 6-0 battering of the Costa Rican side at Estadio Azteca late Wednesday.
Dario Benedetto scored four goals for the victors, who move on to face the Montreal Impact in a two-legged final on April 22 and 29.

His first goal was an absolute beauty, and on top of the four-goal haul he also played a part in the opener and earned a red card for Herediano by conducting an emphatic barrel roll after a first half foul.
Club America was up 4-0 in the 27th minute when Herediano’s Edder Nelson picked up a questionable red card for running through Benedetto, giving the Costa Ricans an even taller task.
They wouldn’t pull it off, as Benedetto added his fourth of the night.
Club America and Montreal could hardly be more different. The Mexicans have won five CONCACAF Champions Cup honors since the competition was founded in 1996 (later renamed the CCL), and have never lost a final. The Impact have existed since 1992, but have only been in MLS since 2012.
