Landon Donovan’s return to the LA Galaxy has American soccer Twitter in a spin.
Reports on Thursday stated that Donovan, 34, was set to come out of retirement to play in Major League Soccer once again.

After he retired in 2014 there was huge fanfare celebrating the life and career of a true American soccer legend as Donovan ended his career (well, you know, the first time) as the all-time leading goalscorer in MLS and for the U.S. national team.
