Samir Nasri has watched Chelsea, and Manchester City’s French attacker is not impressed. Not one iota.

Nasri, 27, was out injured for City’s 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge back in January, but in an interview with the Manchester Evening News, the former Arsenal star gave a pretty frank assessment of the current Premier League leaders.

Here he goes...
“I’m a big fan of Mourinho, but I am not impressed with his team, not at all,” Nasri said. “When I have seen some of their games, I don’t think they are that fantastic - they are just strong, and have a good striker up front. We have played them twice, one time with ten men - and we were better than them. Then we played them at the Bridge - and we were better than them. For me they are not special at all, and I think they are going to make some mistakes.”

City’s two games against Chelsea this season both ended in 1-1 draws, with the Citizens equalizing in both and finishing the stronger team. So, he has a point.

As for Nasri -- who has just returned after a month on the sidelines with a calf injury -- he dazzled for City in their 4-1 win at Stoke on Wednesday with the French winger scoring a stunning solo goal to round off a win that kept City seven points behind Chelsea in the title race.

With the often outspoken Nasri expecting Chelsea to slip up, he and his teammates must know focus on capitalizing. After just one victory in their last five PL games, maybe Nasri should focus on his own team first before plotting the downfall of others.

Just throwing it out there...
