Nani has already left the Turkish club for Valencia, and now Robin van Persie has been linked with a move to recently promoted Middlesbrough.

Van Persie, 32, scored 20 goals in 45 appearances for Fenerbahce last season, his first since leaving Old Trafford.

He scored 58 goals in three seasons with Manchester United after netting 132 times for Arsenal.

From ESPN:

Middlesbrough have already brought in Viktor Fischer, Bernardo Espinosa and Marten de Roon this summer, and the Teeside Gazette reports that former Barcelona and Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes could soon follow.

Van Persie joined Fenerbahce on a 4-year deal in 2015 with a fee around $6 million, and will be a good low risk buy depending on the fee.
