For the second straight year Real Madrid has been crowned the most valuable franchise in world sports, according to Forbes.

Soccer clubs dominated the poll, claiming the top three spots with Los Blancos tipping the scales at 3.44 billion, just ahead of El Clasico rivals Barcelona at $3.2 billion and Premier League side Manchester United at $2.81 billion.

Baseball claimed a victory with the New York Yankees occupying the fourth spot at $2.5 billion while the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys swooped into the fifth spot at $2.3 billion. Rounding out the top 10 was the Los Angeles Dodgers ($2.0 billion), Bayern Munich ($1.85 billion), New England Patriots ($1.8 billion), Washington Redskins ($1.7 billion) and New York Giants ($1.55 billion).

Madrid added to their already tremendous legacy this past season winning the Copa del Rey against Barcelona in April and the UEFA Champions League against Atletico Madrid in May. The latter title represented “La Decima”, the first time a club has won 10 European Cup titles La Decima. These feats bring the club’s trophy total to 32 La Liga titles, 19 Copas del Rey, 9 Supercopas de España, 10 European Cups, three Intercontinental Cups, two UEFA Cups and one UEFA Super Cup.
