KICK TV’s Jimmy Conrad talked to NFL top draft pick Andrew Luck about his other favorite sport.

Luck played soccer as a kid and later worked the quick feet in college pickup games. But since he was pretty good with the oblong pigskin, the Stanford man went that way. Whatever.

Remember that his father, Oliver Luck, ran the Dynamo as they tried to put that stadium deal together. (It all came to fruition, of course; BBVA Compass Stadium opens May 12, so a lot of Luck was involved, after all. Hee-hee.)

Andrew Luck, by the way, still lists the Houston Dynamo as his favorite soccer team. After that? Fulham … because of Clint Dempsey, of course.

Check out the rest of the interview. Lots of good stuff.
