Diego Costa and Eden Hazard each scored as Chelsea ripped apart Leicester City on Saturday at Stamford Bridge.
Antonio Conte’s side once again lined up in a 3-4-3 formation and both Costa and Hazard were at their best early on.
Costa scored his seventh Premier League goal of the season after good work from Nemanja Matic, then David Luiz hit the post with an audacious free kick.
Soon after Chelsea made it 2-0 as Eden Hazard rounded Kasper Schmiechel and slotted home, with Chelsea carving apart Leicester’s defense at will.
Claudio Ranieri will not be a happy man at half time and with Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani on the bench ahead of their UEFA Champions League game in midweek, expect the Foxes to make some changes at the break or early in the second half.
