Gareth Bale got Wales’ EURO 2016 campaign off to a flier on Saturday.
The Real Madrid superstar, 26, bent in a wonderful free kick in the 11th minute to put Wales up 1-0 at half time against Slovakia in their Group B opener in Bordeaux.

Bale is undoubtedly the talisman of this team and after scoring seven of their 11 goals in qualifying for this tournament, Bale came up big once again to score Wales’ first goal in a major tournament since 1958.
