D.C. United was undoubtedly the “Cinderella” team in MLS this year.

After succumbing to last place in the Eastern Conference in 2013, Ben Olsen had a make-or-break season ahead of him, and when Fabian Espindola, Chris Rolfe and Luis Silva, among essentially every player on the team, banded together and turned out an excellent season, nearly capturing the Supporters Shield at first place in the East.

Through all of the tough times endured prior to 2014, D.C. United’s biggest supporters group, La Barra Brava, stuck with their squad, and these people are surely among the most staunch fans in the league.

The above video details the heart and soul of loyal United supporters. Filled with face paint, crazy hats and drums, they march into the stadium together with their heads held high, and every game, win or loss, holds significance to many.

Previously teams whose supporters are recorded include Seattle Sounders and Columbus Crew.
