Tite is the new boss of the Brazilian national team.

The 55-year-old had been linked with the vacant position after Dunga’s sacking last week, with the Brazilian federation officially announcing the hire on Monday.

Tite is a journeyman manager, most recently in charge at Brazilian club Corinthians. He has managed ten other Brazilian sides throughout his career, as well as two stints in the United Arab Emirates.

Dunga was fired after Brazil was eliminated in the group stage of the Copa America for the first time since 1987. With memories of the Germany semifinal from 2014 still looming over the federation, Tite will certainly have his hands full with tons of pressure to succeed heading into the 2018 World Cup.
