Mike Vanderjagt will handle Dallas’ kick-off duties. Suisham is considered a candidate to eventually land in Atlanta to compete.

The second-year pro is better than Mike Vanderjagt on kickoffs. He’s still not worth picking up in fantasy leagues.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter suggests a signing could be in the works. Rayner, who converted just 10-of-15 (67 percent) field goals in seven games with the Bills last year, would then challenge incumbent Shaun Suisham in training camp.

The Browns need a leg for offseason practices with Phil Dawson still disgruntled over his contract. Suisham, extremely inconsistent throughout his five-year career, failed to impress in a late-season audition with the Cowboys.

Suisham kicked just one extra point and didn’t attempt a field goal in the loss to the Titans. FOX Sports’ Mike Garafolo suggests Shayne Graham as a possible replacement. Given how poor the Steelers’ offense looked Sunday, it’s a fantasy kicking situation to avoid.

Suisham was a full participant in practice Saturday and will handle all kicking duties on Monday night. With Suisham now healthy, Shayne Graham is a candidate for release.

Suisham tore his ACL in the Steelers’ first preseason game last year and has yet to attempt a kick since. He and Chris Boswell are expected to compete for the kicking job, but Suisham is a non-factor as of this moment.

The release came with a failed physical tag after Suisham reportedly suffered a setback in his rehab from a torn ACL. With Suisham gone, Chris Boswell is locked in as the kicker in Pittsburgh. RB Brandon Johnson was signed in a corresponding move.

“Unfortunately, the injury I sustained in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game last preseason was catastrophic and has proven to be critical to continuing my career,” Suisham said in a statement. Suisham was released with a failed physical tag by the Steelers on Friday. He finishes his career with an 84.1-percent conversion rate on 251 career field goal attempts.

Coach Bill Parcells had this ringing endorsement for the former practice-squad player Monday, “I don’t know if he’ll do any better, but it’s hard to live with what we got right now.”
