USA BASKETBALL AND NIKE ANNOUNCE 2025 NIKE HOOP SUMMIT

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (Dec. 20, 2024) – The Nike Hoop Summit returns to Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday, April 12, 2025. The 26th edition of the event, which will be televised live on USA Network and streamed on Peacock, features a men’s and women’s game of the top American high school athletes facing off against a World Team of top international players 19-and-younger. Tickets for the 2025 Nike Hoop Summit are now on sale at www.usab.com/tickets.

“The Nike Hoop Summit is one of USA Basketball’s signature events, annually showcasing the game’s top young talent alongside our longtime partner Nike,” said USA Basketball CEO Jim Tooley. “We are excited to once again bring these future stars together for an unforgettable double-header.”

The games will be live on USA Network and Peacock. The women’s game will tip at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT with the men’s game set for approximately 10:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. PT.

The 2024 Nike Hoop Summit featured some of the top college recruits in the country. The men, led by Ace Bailey, Cooper Flagg and Dylan Harper, earned a 98-75 victory over the World. The women, who defeated the World 83-80, featured Joyce Edwards, Olivia Olson and Kennedy Smith.

An impressive 297 Nike Hoop Summit men’s alumni have been drafted into the NBA with 15 being selected No. 1 overall and 94 in the top 10. A total of 41 NBA All-Stars have appeared in a Nike Hoop Summit men’s game, including 2024 NBA All-Stars Paolo Banchero (2021), Scottie Barnes (2020), Jaylen Brown (2015), Jalen Brunson (2015), Anthony Davis (2011), Kevin Durant (2006), Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (2017), Nikola Jokic (2014), Tyrese Maxey (2019), Julius Randle (2013) and Jayson Tatum (2016).

On the women’s side, 2023 Nike Hoop Summit World team alumni Shaneice Swain earned the distinction as the first to Hoop Summit player to be drafted into the WNBA as she was selected by the Los Angeles Sparks in the second round of the 2023 WNBA Draft. Nyadiew Puoch, who also played for the World in 2023, was drafted by the Atlanta Dream with the 12th overall pick in 2024. Three Americans – KK Arnold (Connecticut), Zoe Brooks (North Carolina State) and Ashlynn Shade (Connecticut) – helped their respective teams to the 2024 NCAA Women’s Final Four last spring.

Coaching staffs and rosters for the 2025 USA and World teams will be announced at a later date.
