Big Ten College Countdown Pregame Show Begins Sunday on Peacock at 12:30 p.m. ET

STAMFORD, Conn. – Dec. 26, 2024 – The Penn State Nittany Lions host the Penn Quakers this Sunday, Dec. 29 at 1 p.m. ET, tipping off Peacock’s exclusive Big Ten men’s college basketball quadrupleheader.
Penn State defeated the Drexel Dragons, 75-64, last Saturday behind guard Puff Johnson’s 11 points and 10 rebounds to improve to 10-2 on the season, marking the Nittany Lions’ best start through 12 games since 2019-20. Penn fell to George Mason, 85-53, last Sunday as Quakers guard Ethan Roberts recorded 10 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists. Jason Knapp (play-by-play) and Nik Stauskas (analyst) will call the game live from the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Pa.
Additionally this Sunday, the Northwestern Wildcats host the Northeastern Huskies at 1:30 p.m. ET live exclusively on Peacock. Northwestern defeated the DePaul Blue Demons, 84-64, last Saturday to improve to 9-3 on the season. Wildcats guard Brooks Barnhizer recorded 21 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists in the win. Northeastern looks to bounce back after falling to UMass, 77-72, last Wednesday, as guard Rashad King recorded 19 points and 11 rebounds. Chris Vosters (play-by-play) and Stephen Bardo (analyst) will call the action live from Welsh Ryan Arena in Evanston, Ill.
Sunday’s Peacock-exclusive quadrupleheader also features Minnesota hosting Morgan State at 2 p.m. ET and Washington hosting NJIT at 3 p.m. ET.
