STAMFORD, Conn. – Dec. 10, 2024 – The No. 20 Wisconsin Badgers (8-2) visit the Illinois Fighting Illini (6-2) at 9 p.m. ET tonight, headlining a Peacock-exclusive Big Ten men’s basketball doubleheader.
Wisconsin fell to then-No. 5 Marquette, 88-74, on Saturday with guard Max Klesmit recording a team-high 22 points. Illinois was defeated by Northwestern, 70-66, in overtime last Friday as center Tomislav Ivišić (15 points, 12 rebounds) and guard Kasparas Jakučionis (20 points, 10 rebounds) both recorded double-doubles. Noah Eagle (play-by-play) and Robbie Hummel (analyst) will call the game live from the State Farm Center in Champaign, Il., tonight.
At 7 p.m. ET tonight, the Penn State Nittany Lions (8-1) visit the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (5-4) live exclusively on Peacock. Penn State defeated then-No. 8 Purdue, 81-70, last Thursday as five Nittany Lions scored more than 10 points, including guard Ace Baldwin Jr.’s game-high 17 points. Rutgers fell to Ohio State, 80-66, last Saturday as guard Dylan Harper scored 18 points. Harper currently ranks fourth in Division I with 23.1 points per game. Paul Burmeister (play-by-play) and Stephen Bardo (analyst) will call the action live from Jersey Mike’s Arena in Piscataway, N.J.
Tonight’s coverage begins with Big Ten College Countdown at 6:30 p.m. ET on Peacock, featuring Jordan Cornette and Josh Pastner.
