Fans Invited to “Meet The Flyers” Taping on September 13
Philadelphia, PA (September 9, 2013) – Comcast SportsNet, the home of the Philadelphia Flyers, has complete coverage of the 2013 Flyers Training camp including preseason games, a live taping of “Meet the Flyers” and extensive on-air and online coverage.
Comcast SportsNet’s Emmy-Award winning news team will have extensive daily coverage of Flyers Training Camp in the network’s signature news programs, “SportsNite” and “SportsRise.” In addition Flyers’ players, coaches and front office personnel will join “Philly Sports Talk” to discuss the latest news on the team throughout the preseason. Meet The Flyers
“Meet The Flyers presented by Virtua,” is a one-hour television special on Comcast SportsNet that offers fans a sneak preview of the upcoming season and allows fans to get to know the 2013-14 Philadelphia Flyers. The show will be taped in front of a live studio audience on Friday, September 13th at 2 p.m. at XFINITY Live!
“Meet The Flyers,” will be hosted by Comcast SportsNet’s Jim Jackson, Steve Coates, Bill Clement and NBC10’s John Clark. Key members of the 2013-14 Flyers will be interviewed along with Comcast-Spectacor Chairman Ed Snider, Flyers President Peter Luukko, Flyers GM Paul Holmgren and Head Coach Peter Laviolette.
