STAMFORD, Conn. – July 6, 2017 – NBC Sports Group’s coverage of the 2017 AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour continues from San Francisco, Calif., this Monday, July 10, at 12:30 a.m. ET/ Sunday, July 9, at 9:30 p.m. PT on NBCSN.
The fifth stop on the AVP beach volleyball tour will be hosted on a pier with the scenic Bay Bridge as the backdrop. Headlining the event is Olympic volleyball gold medalist and four-time U.S. Olympian Reid Priddy, three-time Olympic medalist Ricardo Santos of Brazil, and 2008 Olympic bronze medalist Xi Zhang of China.
Veteran broadcaster and Olympic gold medalist Chris Marlowe serves as the play-by-play announcer, joined by beach volleyball Olympian and three-time All-American Kevin Wong (analyst), and Tanith White (reporter).
NBC Sports Group’s 2017 AVP Tour presentation continues Sunday, July 23, at 4 p.m. ET with coverage from Hermosa Beach, Calif., on NBCSN, and stops in Manhattan Beach, Calif., before culminating with the AVP Championships in Chicago, Ill., in September.
