Joel Embiid ran the floor to make a beautiful finger roll layup in Game 2 against the Wizards.
If you get it, you get it. If not ...
That was the explanation from Joel Embiid after his kinda-NSFW celebration of an and-1 layup in the Sixers' Game 2 thrashing of the Wizards on Wednesday.
For those of you who may have missed it (where have you been?!):

After the game, he filled in the non-WWE fans on the genesis of his gyrations.
"I mean, it’s fun," he told reporters. "I missed the crowd and I made sure ... in the past, DX was my favorite. Triple H and Shawn Michaels are my favorite wrestlers. Their group was my favorite and that’s what they used to do. Also, with the refs’ sign for an and-1, it just makes sense to combine the both of them. I’m just enjoying myself. At the end of the day, I missed the crowd.”
As he sometimes does, Embiid threw a follow-up tweet out of his big Game 2 moment.
The “two words” line is from wrestler Triple H, and if you don’t know what the two words are … Google it. Safely. On your phone, not your work laptop.
It seems DX got word of Embiid’s tweet, because Michaels treated him (and us) to this reply:
I don't care how big of a superstar you are. If you get a quote-tweet from a childhood idol, it hits different. I got one from Chuck D from Public Enemy one time, and I didn't touch the ground for a week.
All in favor of a DX reunion featuring JoJo at the next Wrestlemania?
