Phillies fans can *finally* rep Uncle Larry

Listen, if you don't know about the great Uncle Larry at this point, you probably live under a rock.

Since it's one of the best story lines of 2020 though, let's just break it all down real fast.

Phillies' Andrew McCutchen had taken on a whole new persona, dating back to spring training, thanks to an extreme typo on Twitter from WIP's Howard Eskin.

It feels like a lifetime ago, but McCutchen took this simple notion and turned it into a hysterical series that fans have embraced every step of the way.

From little sketches, to trolling Tom Brady and everything in between, it certainly helped pass the time in the slow months without baseball.

Since the season started up in early August, we've been wondering when we would hear from Uncle Larry next. Luckily, it doesn't seem like he's going away anytime soon.

The Phillies New Era Team Store located within Citizens Bank Park recently announced they have a new addition with their t-shirts.

That's right, you can now rep Uncle Larry, who also shares No. 22 for the Phillies with McCutchen. There's a first time for everything, right?

The shirts are going for $40 a pop, but explaining who the heck Larry is to non-Phillies fans will be priceless.

With new safety guidelines due to COVID-19, only 25 visitors are able to be in the store at the same time. Store hours run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
