There's no need for percentages, simulations or projections. The path to the playoffs for the Eagles is simple after Sunday’s 32-30 victory against the Texans (see Roob's observations).
The Eagles need to beat Washington on the road next week and the Vikings need to lose at home against the Bears.
By virtue of their victory against the Buccaneers, the Cowboys have won the NFC East title.

The only path for the Eagles is to go through the Vikings for a wild-card spot. Their opponent, the Bears, is playing for a chance at a first-round bye and will come into Week 17 with the third-best record in the NFC. In an earlier meeting this season in Chicago, the Bears defeated the Vikings, 25-20.
This season hasn’t gone as well as the Eagles had hoped, but at the end of the day, they’ll have a chance to make the playoffs in the final game of the season. Although, they’ll need a little help from some new friends.
