The Flyers won't mind the view when they arrive to Stateline, Nevada, to play the Bruins on Sunday in one of the NHL Outdoors at Lake Tahoe games. The Flyers will fly out Friday afternoon, have a practice early Saturday morning and then meet the Bruins Sunday afternoon in a game for the photo albums (2 p.m. ET/NBC).
The rink is along the shore of Lake Tahoe at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.
"I think the scenery should be pretty cool," James van Riemsdyk said earlier this month. "Usually these events are at stadiums and stuff like that. I know this, being on the golf course there, will be special and definitely memorable."

The Flyers will be missing six key regulars who are out because of COVID protocol and won't make the trip. Their teammates will try to bring them home a win and some stories.
Whether you're there live or watching on television, the sights around the rink are picturesque and should make for a fun viewing experience from home.
