Flyers prospect Bobby Brink grabbed his second career NHL point on a nice breakaway, which set up Joel Farabee’s goal.
One of the overriding themes to this transitional season for the Flyers has been play the kids.
The Flyers want to evaluate their youth.
As they give their younger players a chance to win roles in the future, they're set to have another prospect in the picture.

Bobby Brink, a 21-year-old winger who led college hockey in scoring last season, was activated from season-opening injured reserve Tuesday and loaned to AHL affiliate Lehigh Valley. The 2019 second-round draft pick had been recovering from surgery he underwent during July to repair a torn labrum in his left hip.
He'll get going with the Phantoms and the Flyers will be patient with him. But if all goes well from a health and effectiveness standpoint, he should have a good chance to join the Flyers at some point this season.
Brink made his NHL debut in April of last season and finished with four assists over 10 games. Prior to signing his entry-level deal and joining the Flyers for his audition, he finished first in the NCAA with 57 points and 43 assists. The 5-foot-8, 166-pound playmaker was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award (top college player) and won the national championship with Denver.

"He's just a smart player," Cam York said last April. "You see him off the ice and you don't think he's super powerful or anything like that, and then he gets on the ice, he's just a really smooth skater, silky with the puck and makes good plays all over the ice."
