DeSean Jackson calls the Eagles rookie wide receiver an “interesting cat” who has earned the team’s respect with his work ethic and play-making abilities.

Jalen Reagor’s first catch as an Eagle was an absolute beauty.

Carson Wentz had just been sacked twice and the Eagles were facing a 3rd-and-22 in the first quarter.

Some teams might run the ball, punt and avoid a mistake. But the Eagles were aggressive and let Reagor go deep, beating former Eagle Ronald Darby for a 55-yard catch.

Isn’t it nice to watch a young Eagles receiver be able to track the ball?

If you’re wondering where that catch ranks in Eagles history, of course Roob has you covered.

The Eagles didn’t score a touchdown on that drive but they did end up with a field goal to take a 10-0 lead over Washington in the opening quarter.

Reagor has also fielded two punts in the first quarter. He muffed the first one but fair caught the second.
