The cost of the Eagles' game in London is insane

It’s tough being an Eagles fan right now in more ways than one.

Especially if you’re seeing your beloved Birds take on the Jaguars in London on Sunday morning. Eagles fans always travel well, but fans are flocking overseas in staggering numbers.

It’s the first time the Eagles will be playing at storied Wembley Stadium and the demand is pushing ticket prices to crazy levels.

According to StubHub, the current price of the cheapest ticket for the game on Sunday is £334.80, which equates to $431.00 U.S dollars. You’ll get a nice spot on the upper sideline in the 23rd row for that small fortune.

That’s also more than two times the most expensive ticket the rest of the season, after a quick browse of Eagles ticket prices on StubHub. A little insane, considering that these two teams are both lagging at 3-4.

This isn’t exactly unexpected, as this game was already the most in-demand ticket for the entire NFL season, according to Stubhub’s 2018 NFL preview. StubHub is the official NFL’s authorized ticket resale marketplace.

Within the stadium, you’re gonna have to fork over some serious cash for food and drinks. Last week, when the Chargers played the Titans, fans had a few complaints about the arena’s concessions.

Either way, we know Philadelphia will be well-represented at Sunday’s game. We hope Eagles fans get their money’s worth and come home with a football team that has a 4-4 record heading into the bye.
