Yuna Kim, South Korea’s most famous Olympian, helped unveil the torch for the PyeongChang Olympic torch relay on Thursday, one year before the Opening Ceremony.
The torch is a little more than two feet tall.
The torch relay, which hasn’t been detailed yet, will include 7,500 torch bearers, according to PyeongChang 2018.
The torch relay always starts at the birthplace of the Olympics, in Olympia, Greece. For the last four Winter Olympics, the torch relay began in the autumn before the Games.
