The downhill skiers at the Sochi Olympics sometimes had it pretty dangerous as we showed earlier in these Games.

But they weren’t the only ones that had to deal with the risk of going too far.

Slopestyle’s debut on the Olympic program featured multiple crashes in particular, including one that split Czech rider Sarka Pancochova’s helmet upon impact and another that left Canada’s Yuki Tsubota with a mild concussion and a fractured cheekbone.

The sliding sports also had some several harrowing moments, including wild rides for Irish skeleton racer Sean Greenwood, the Canadian men’s bobsled team, and the Brazilian women’s bobsled team.

NBCOlympics.com has put those incidents and others together in a compilation of the wildest crashes from the XXII Olympic Winter Games. CLICK HERE to check it out.
