As the host nation, Russia got the honor of closing the Parade of Nations in tonight’s Opening Ceremony. Naturally, the crowd at Fisht Olympic Stadium cheered loudly as their Olympic team made their big entrance, led by flag bearer and two-time Olympic bobsled medalist Alexander Zubkov.
