The International Olympic Committee celebrated Michael Jordan‘s 53rd birthday on Wednesday with a highlight video from Jordan’s two Olympics, both gold-medal runs with Team USA.
Jordan led the 1984 U.S. Olympic team in scoring following his junior season at North Carolina, one month after he was drafted by the Chicago Bulls at No. 3 overall.
Jordan returned to the Olympics at Barcelona 1992, headlining the Dream Team. Jordan ranked second on that Olympic roster in scoring, behind Charles Barkley.
Jordan scored in double figures in 15 of his 16 Olympic games.
The outlier was a 1992 quarterfinal against Puerto Rico, when Jordan tallied four points in a 115-77 rout.
