  • BUF Linebacker #54
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Spector landed on injured reserve with a calf injury towards the end of the season. He started four games in place of Matt Milano and is now headed to a potential return with the AFC Championship game on the horizon. If Spector is indeed activated, expect him to play a reserve or special teams role with Milano back and starting.
  • PHI Center #51
The Eagles have played things very conservatively on the injury front in recent weeks but Jurgens’ status should be closely monitored. The talented run-blocker has earned a 70.1 PFF run-blocking grade this season, ranking 13th among NFL centers with at least 500 offensive snaps.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #6
Baltimore also signed QB Devin Leary, WR Malik Cunningham, WR Dayton Wade, TE Zaire Mitchell-Paden, OL Corey Bullock, OL Darrian Dalcourt, DL C.J. Ravenell, DE Adedayo Odeleye, and LB William Kwenkeu to reserve/future deals. Miller was a late-season call-up from the Baltimore practice squad after Zay Flowers got hurt. He caught four passes for 28 yards in two playoff appearances.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
Brown told reporters today he was feeling better. He has been taking Wednesdays off in recent weeks, so a limited designation, even for a walkthrough, does suggest he is trending in the right direction. Brown has totaled just 60 yards over his past three appearances, though the Eagles haven’t been forced to pass much during that stretch. If the Commanders can push Philly’s offense with some points of their own, Brown should return to form for DFS players on Sunday.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #18
Covey is technically still on injured reserve but the Eagles activated his 21-day practice window earlier today. While he is not expected to meaningfully contribute as a wide receiver, his return to the primary punt returner role is certainly helpful.
  • PHI Tight End #88
Goedert didn’t appear limited by the ankle issue during Philly’s Divisional Round win, catching all four of his targets for 56 yards. The Eagles held a walkthrough on Wednesday, so Goedert’s status is just an estimation from the team. Thursday’s session will be more telling, but this is now a situation to monitor as we approach the Conference Championship Round. Grant Calcaterra would be in line for more snaps if Goedert can’t suit up, though we suspect this is just workload management ahead of a big game.
  • PHI Cornerback #27
This is great news for the Eagles’ stud rookie perimeter cornerback, who exited the Divisional Round game against the Rams due to the injury. He is on track to play against the Commanders this weekend.
  • TB Offensive Coordinator
Earlier today, Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Coen reportedly removed himself from the Jaguars’ head coaching candidate pool by verbally accepting a pay raise from his current team. Reports have since confirmed that Coen and the Buccaneers have not yet put pen to paper on the new deal. Roughly four hours later, the Jaguars fired general manager Trent Baalke, potentially signaling their willingness to commit to Coen as the organization’s future shot-caller. Total control makes for an attractive offer. Time will tell how this pans out.
  • DEN Assistant GM
Bengals senior personnel executive Trey Brown is also getting a second interview. Per Pelissero, Commanders assistant GM Lance Newmark remains in the mix as well. Newmark has already been brought in for a second interview. With Aaron Glenn officially hired as the team’s next head coach, the Jets can finally hone in their general manager search. Mougey joined the Broncos as a scouting intern in 2012 and has quickly worked his way up the ranks. He was most recently promoted to assistant general manager in 2022.
  • FA Defensive Coordinator
Things played out for Golden and the Bengals as expected. Golden served as linebackers coach from 2020-2021 under former defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo before taking the defensive coordinator gig at Notre Dame in 2022. Golden will attempt to revitalize a Bengals defense possessing few truly talented starters.
