Jets signed WR Vic Hall, formerly of the Bears.
Undrafted in April out of Virginia Tech, Hall managed just 24 catches and 20 carries as essentially a third-down back last year for the Hokies. He didn’t show much in Bears spring practices and won’t be on the Jets’ final roster.
