    Commanders agreed to terms with LS Tyler Ott, formerly of the Ravens.
    The Commanders struggled to find a long snapper who was capable of sending consistently long snaps to his intended target last season. Some would say he was more of a short snapper. Now, Ott, who is well-renowned for snapping snaps a long-distance will join the Commanders and special teams coordinator Larry Izzo, who worked with Ott in Seattle.

    Other than the fact that it’s a “multi-year” pact, the terms are undisclosed. Headed into his age-27 campaign, Ott has been snapping snaps that are longer than typical snaps in Seattle since 2017.
