The Texans have been using S Torri Williams at cornerback in OTAs.

Williams is a big corner at 6-foot-2, 210, but he’s not unfamiliar with the position after playing it at Purdue. Williams spent last season on the Texans’ practice squad. The versatility could give him an advantage for a roster spot.

Williams was active for just one game before landing on I.R. He’ll be replaced on the roster by former practice squad G Shelley Smith.
