The former Hawaii star is a practice squad hopeful.

S Ed Canonico, DT Jeremy Caudill, TE Jonas Crafts, C Dominic Furio, WR Michael Gasperson, P Reggie Hodges, DE Darrell Lee, SS Corey Peoples, SS Brandon Pinderhughes, WR Edward Simms, TE Andy Thorn were also signed. Chang finished his college career as the all-time Division I leader in passing yardage, completions and total offense.

The NCAA’s all-time pass leader landed in a perfect spot. He’ll have a decent chance to make the Cardinals as the No. 3 quarterback or practice squad player.
