  • NO Defensive Back #33
Saints signed S Roderic Teamer, formerly of the Raiders.
Teamer was released by the Raiders last season following an arrest for a DUI. Teamer has played primarily on special teams during his career, and played his college football at Tulane. It’s a return home for Teamer, who will have a chance to compete for a spot on the 53-man roster this offseason.
  • FA Defensive Back #33
    Raiders released S Roderic Teamer.
Teamer, who has played primarily on special teams, was arrested for a DUI prior to Week 12’s contest against the Chiefs. Interim head coach wasted little time in dismissing Teamer for said violation, as Teamer is now free to sign with any team.
  • LV Defensive Back #33
Raiders S Roderic Teamer has been arrested for a DUI.
Teamer will not play versus the Chiefs later today. He was activated from injured reserve over the weekend. Teamer has played primarily on special teams this year, logging 46 defensive snaps to 105 special teams snaps through six games.
  • NO Defensive Back #33
    Raiders re-signed S Roderic Teamer.
Teamer was a restricted free agent, but he wasn’t tendered. That means he will be making south of $2.6 million in 2023. Primarily a special teamer, 26-year-old (in May) Teamer did play 286 snaps on defense last season. He was a liability.

  • GB Running Back #8
Raiders declared RB Josh Jacobs, LG Richie Incognito, LB Nick Kwiatkoski, S Roderic Teamer, TE Nick Bowers, G Jordan Simmons, and DT Damion Square inactive for Week 2 against the Steelers.
Jacobs didn’t practice all week after hurting his toe and ankle Monday night against Baltimore. He never had a chance to suit up for Week 2. Peyton Barber is expected to take on the primary early-down role for Vegas with Jacobs sidelined, and Kenyan Drake will remain the team’s pass-catching back. Drake’s potential for extra run gives him some sneaky upside in PPR formats only. Barber should be considered a last-ditch option who won’t offer much without a touchdown against the Steelers.
