The Raiders are expected to host free agent QB Charlie Frye and OT Ray Willis on Tuesday.
Frye is one of the few potential backup quarterbacks who would not be an upgrade on Andrew Walter.
  • KC Tackle #64
The Steelers are working out free agent tackles Ray Willis and Jamon Meredith Tuesday.
Coach Mike Tomlin indicated Tuesday that second-round rookie Marcus Gilbert will replace Willie Colon at right tackle, but the team still needs veteran depth. Willis didn’t play a down last season after starting 16 games for Seattle in 2009.
  • KC Tackle #64
    Saints waived OT Ray Willis.
Willis lasts just two weeks on the Saints’ roster. At age 29, the former fourth-round pick is a borderline NFL player.
  • KC Tackle #64
Saints signed OT Ray Willis, formerly of the Dolphins.
Willis, 29, was a fourth-round pick in the 2005 draft. The Florida State alum will provide right tackle depth with Charles Brown going on injured reserve.
  • KC Tackle #64
Jets released OT Ray Willis and waived QB G.J. Kinne.
Willis was just signed a month ago along with OT Stephon Heyer. A 26-game starter with Seattle from 2008-09, Willis hasn’t played a snap in two years. Undrafted out of Tulsa, Kinne has an incredible backstory. As a high schooler, Kinne’s father -- also the head coach -- survived a shooting by a deranged parent despite being given just a 10 percent chance to live.
  • KC Tackle #64
    Chiefs signed OT Ray Willis.
Willis hasn’t played a down since 2009 and was released by the Jets in June after spending just one month on the roster. He’s being picked up as a camp body after Tony Ugoh retired.
  • KC Tackle #64
Chiefs OT Ray Willis has decided to retire.
Willis, 30, was signed a day after Tony Ugoh retired from the Chiefs. He was battling Donald Stephenson and David Mims for swing tackle duties. Willis’ career ends with 26 starts, mostly as a right tackle for Seattle in 2008 and 2009.
  • FA Tackle #67
Jets agreed to terms with OTs Stephen Heyer and Ray Willis.
The Jets certainly have need for veteran depth with swinging gate Wayne Hunter at right tackle. Heyer and Willis are unlikely to be upgrades, however. Heyer has just nine starts over the past two years while Willis has yet to see NFL game action since 2009.
  • KC Tackle #64
Seahawks signed fourth-round tackle Ray Willis to a multi-year contract.
Alex Barron’s linemate at Florida State, Willis has a chance to improve one of football’s best offensive lines.
  • KC Tackle #64
Seahawks OL Ray Willis will miss six weeks with a sprained knee.
Willis, a third-year player, mostly plays on special teams for Seattle.
