Cardinals signed CB Quinton Dunbar to the practice squad.
Dunbar had been toiling away as a free agent since he was released from the Lions mid-camp. He missed 10 games last year — his own fault — due to armed robbery charges and knee surgery and will look to prove himself amid Arizona’s depth chart. He’s a viable starter when healthy.

Bills worked out CB Quinton Dunbar on Tuesday.
The Bills are looking for help in the secondary, as they also worked out DB Damarious Randall on Tuesday. Dunbar spent the offseason with the Lions after signing in April, but he was released once Detroit signed Nickell Robey-Coleman in mid-August. It’s worth monitoring whether the Bills add a defensive back – Dunbar, Randall, or someone else – in the near future.

    Lions released CB Quinton Dunbar.
The recent addition of Nickell Robey-Coleman to this cornerback group made Dunbar expendable. The 29-year-old veteran was listed behind sophomore Jeff Okudah on the depth chart and had missed over a week of practice time during camp for what coach Dan Campbell called “personal reasons.” There’s likely more to this story than meets the eye. Dunbar will look to sign elsewhere prior to Week 1.

Lions signed CB Quinton Dunbar, formerly of the Seahawks, to a one-year contract.
Dunbar, 29 in July, was acquired last offseason by the Seahawks from Washington in exchange for a fifth-rounder. Dunbar wanted No. 1 corner money and never got it before going on to miss 10 games with Seattle last year. He’s now settling for a one-year, prove-it deal and will team with Jeff Okudah after the Lions cut starters Desmond Trufant and Justin Coleman earlier this offseason.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports free agent CB Quinton Dunbar will visit the Lions and Cardinals next week.
Headed into his age-29 campaign, Dunbar’s 2020 with Seattle was rocked by arm robbery charges and knee surgery. Dunbar ended up not being prosecuted in the robbery case, though his health is unclear after December surgery. Dunbar is a quality starter when everything else is equal.

Seahawks CB Quinton Dunbar (injured reserve) is recovering from knee surgery.
Dunbar, who has not played since Week 9, went under the knife this week. After his summer was rocked by armed robbery charges, trade acquisition Dunbar ended up making just six Seahawks appearances. The 28-year-old is an impending free agent. Although he’s getting older and is now coming off surgery, Dunbar has been a quality NFL starter when healthy.

  • FA Running Back #28
Seahawks designated RB Rashaad Penny (knee) and CB Quinton Dunbar to return off Injured Reserve.
The Seahawks are starting to get much healthier at RB just as the season winds down. Penny has been sidelined for exactly a year after tearing his ACL “and more” in Week 14 last season. At the time he handled 73 touches for nearly 500 yards and four touchdowns as a complement to Chris Carson. That role is now held by Carlos Hyde, so it will be difficult to see what role Penny carves out if he does end up on the field this season.

  • ARI Defensive Back #34
Seahawks placed Quinton Dunbar (knee) on injured reserve.
Losing Dunbar is another setback for a poor Seahawks secondary that’s bee shredded by nearly every quarterback they’ve faced. Without Dunbar last week against the Rams, CB D.J. Reed allowed four catches for 49 yards on five targets.

  • MIN Cornerback #1
Seahawks CB Shaquill Griffin (concussion, hamstring) won’t play in Week 10 against the Rams.
Seattle’s historically disastrous secondary will be without both Quinton Dunbar (knee) and Griffin in Sunday’s divisional tilt. It’s a terrific spot for Jared Goff since the Seahawks will have no choice but to pivot to Tre Flowers, Linden Stephens and D.J. Reed in nickel coverage. Fantasy players should start all of Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, and Josh Reynolds with the utmost confidence in what’s being implied with the week’s second-highest total (54.5).

  • ARI Defensive Back #34
Seahawks ruled out CB Quinton Dunbar (knee) for Week 4 against the Dolphins.
Dunbar will be on the sidelines with S Jamal Adams and LB Jordyn Brooks as well. The Seahawks defense was already bad and now is very injured while traveling across the country this Sunday. Dolphins’ fringe fantasy starters like DeVante Parker, Preston Williams, Mike Gesicki, and Ryan Fitzpatrick are in range in redraft and DFS formats.
