A month ago, Jason Hatcher was looking for work.
Today, he’s done with football.
Via a tweet from agent Jordan Woy, the longtime Dallas and Washington defensive lineman has decided to retire.
The 33-year-old Hatcher visited the Saints last month, and was considering coming back after contemplating retirement a year ago as well.
Washington released him this offseason, after a two-year stint there. The former third-rounder spent his first eight years with the Cowboys, earning Pro Bowl honors in 2013.
