There is some positive news on the injury front with the Colts.
Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, tight end Tyler Warren should only miss about a week with a groin injury suffered during Wednesday’s joint practice with the Falcons. There is currently no concern that Warren will be unavailable for Week 1.
Warren exited the session during 11-on-11 drills, leaving with a trainer before returning to the sideline without a helmet.
A first-round pick in 2025, Warren caught 76 passes for 817 yards with four touchdowns in 17 games as a rookie.
The Colts will host the Falcons on Saturday for the second week of preseason play.
