Texans convert Tua Tagovailoa’s fumble into a TD and a 10-3 lead

The Texans have been good at taking the ball away recently. They did it again Sunday against the Dolphins.

Defensive lineman Will Anderson had a strip-sack of Tua Tagovailoa, and defensive tackle Tim Settle recovered for the Texans at the Miami 28. Four plays later, the Texans had the first touchdown of the game.

On third-and-3 from the 6, C.J. Stroud completed 6-yard touchdown pass to Nico Collins.

The Texans lead 10-3.

The teams traded early field goals, with Ka’imi Fairbairn hitting from 44 for the Texans and Jason Sanders from 55 for the Dolphins.

Stroud is 8-of-11 for 60 yards and a touchdown, and Tagovailoa is 10-of-14 for 76 yards.
