With first place in the NFC North on the line, the Vikings are expecting to be without their No. 1 receiver on Thanksgiving.
Stefon Diggs, officially listed as questionable with a knee injury, is unlikely to play Thursday against the Lions, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
That’s a big blow to the Vikings: Diggs leads the team with 67 catches for 747 yards this season, and he was the player the Vikings revolved their offense around in Week Nine against the Lions, when he caught 13 passes for 80 yards and also ran the ball once for 12 yards.
With Diggs out, receiver Adam Thielen is likely to get more passes thrown his way tomorrow.
