Free agents will be flooding the market on March 13. But there’s now one fewer.
Grant Paulsen of 106.7 The Fan in D.C. reports that the Redskins and center Will Montgomery have agreed to terms on a four-year deal.
Montgomery joined the Redskins as a free agent in 2008, after being cut by the Jets. He entered the league as a seventh-round pick of the Panthers in 2006.
Last year, Montgomery started 16 games for the first time in his career. He earned a salary of $685,000.
