It sounds like George Pickens will be back on Wednesday when the Steelers play the Chiefs.
Per Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pickens is expected to play in the Christmas Day matchup pending one final health confirmation.
Pickens has missed the last three games with a hamstring issue. He was listed as a full participant on Pittsburgh’s Monday injury report.
The Steelers have certainly missed Pickens, particularly as they’ve lost two games over the last two weeks. Pickens still leads Pittsburgh with 55 catches and 850 yards. He’s caught three touchdowns this season.
Pickens said earlier on Monday that the coaches and the doctors will tell him once he’s able to play.
Pittsburgh will release its final injury report of the week on Tuesday.
