Dolphins running back Reggie Bush was off to another impressive start on Sunday against the Jets, with 10 carries for 61 yards early in the game. Then he went down with a knee injury.
At the moment the Dolphins don’t know Bush’s status, but they expect to know more on Monday, presumably he will have an MRI. A source with knowledge of the situation told PFT it doesn’t look bad, but they won’t know for sure until he has a thorough examination.
After years as just a role player in New Orleans, Bush has developed in Miami into one of the most complete running backs in the game -- and by far the Dolphins’ best offensive option. Miami will be hoping that Bush is back on the field soon.
