The Ravens may be getting a little more depth at tight end as they head into the playoffs.
The team announced on Monday that they have designated Charlie Kolar for return from injured reserve. Kolar played in the first 12 games of the season and he has missed the last four contests with a broken arm.
Kolar had nine catches for 131 yards and a touchdown before his injury. He also ran once for two yards.
Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely are the top two tight ends in Baltimore and have been the only two tight ends on the roster with Kolar out of action. Fullback Patrick Ricard has also seen time in a blocking role.
