The names dropped from the Bills roster as they make their cut to 53 players have started to trickle in with linebacker Manny Lawson, fullback Jerome Felton and cornerback Sterling Moore all landing in the discard pile.

PFT has learned, via a league source, that linebacker Randell Johnson will be joining them.

Johnson was a seventh-round pick of the Bills in 2014 and has played in 15 games for the team over the last two seasons. He made one start and seven tackles for Buffalo over that period.

The Bills acquired several linebackers this summer, including Brandon Spikes, Lerentee McCray and Ramon Humber. Their arrivals may have helped squeeze Johnson off the roster.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that wide receiver Kain Colter has also been let go by the Bills.
