Nearly every player that tests positive for a banned substance inevitably blames the supplement maker, and then most let the issue die for various reasons.

Rams linebacker David Vobora, suspended four games last year, is taking a different approach.

In a civil suit filed Tuesday, Vobora is suing SWATS (Sports with Alternatives to Steroids) for having a banned substance in their product when he was told otherwise.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch notes that SWATS advertises their anti-steroid stance and Christianity-based opposition to all recreational drugs. The product Vobora used is called “The Ultimate Spray.”

The company denied that their product contains a banned substance.
